<외국인 학생 대상> 기숙사(국제관) 2020학년도 1학기 퇴실 및 2020학년도 하계방학 기숙사입사이동 일정안내 코로나19 사태가 계속됨에 따라 하계 기숙사 입사관련 일정을 아래와 같이 변경하여 안내합니다.
▶ 하계방학 입사자가 아닌 경우 : 06.27(토) 오전 11:55까지 퇴실 ▶ 하계방학 입사자의 경우 1. 하계방학 기숙사 이동 일정 1) 입사 및 이동일정 : 07.04(토) 오후 14시부터 이동 및 입사 2) 입사기간 : 08.27(목)까지 3) 호실발표 : 07.03(금) 2. 현재 국제관에 살고 있는 학생들 중 하계방학 신청자들은 기존 6.27(토)에 이동하지 않고, 07.04(토)에 기린관(남)/kcc생활관(여)으로 이동하시길 바랍니다. 3. 변동 사항이 생기면 재안내 하겠습니다. uwins에 공지가 올라갈 예정이니 추후 참고하시길 바랍니다. ※ 카트대여 안내 : 무거관 1층 사생자치회실 7/4(토) ◈ 안내사항 - 모든 사생은 방청소 및 사물을 정리하고 퇴실 완료하여 주시기 바랍니다. - 기간 내 퇴실하지 않거나 호실의 청결상태가 불량한 경우 벌점이 부과됩니다.(미 이동시 벌점 9점, 호실 청결상태 불량 시 5점) - 퇴실 및 호실 이동 이후, 각 호실에 남아있는 물건은 모두 폐기처리되며 기숙사 및 국제교류처는 이에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다. - 기숙사 미선발자 거주 적발 시 영구퇴사 처리됩니다.
With regard to Covid-19, the dormitory move in schedule is changed. ▶ Those who not stay in Summer 2020 : move out 06.27(Sat) until 11:55am ▶ Those who stay in Summer 2020 1. Summer 2020 Dormitory schedule 1) Date of entry & move : 07.04(Sat) from 14pm 2) Move out date : 08.27(Thur) 3) Room assignment : 07.03(Fri) 2. Current students living in International hall should not move in 6.27(Sat) and move to kirin hall(male)/kcc(female) in 07.04(Sat). 3. If any changes occur, please check out the notice later through Uwins’s notice. ※ Cart rental information : 무거관 1층(Mugeo hall 1st floor) 사생자치회실 7/4(Sat) ◈ Guides - All students should clean their rooms, organize their belongings, and leave the room. - Penalty points will be imposed if the room is not checked out within the period or the room is not clean.(9 penalty points if not moved and 5 points if the room is not clean.) - Any belongings left in the room after the move in/move out period will be discarded. International Office or Dormitory do not hold any responsibility for this. - If an unselected dormitory students is found to live in a dormitory, you will get a permanent leave of the dormitory.
