1. 기숙사 신청 관련 일정
※ 누계벌점 5점 미만인 학생만 지원 가능 (봉사활동은 신청기간 시작 전 완료된 분만 인정) ※ 매 학기/방학마다 기숙사 호실 및 룸메이트는 변경될 수 있음
★ 주의사항 : 폐결핵 검진결과 미업로드 및 기숙사비 미납시 기숙사 입사 불가능함.
2. 입사 건물 및 식사 가. 입사 건물 및 기숙사비
나. 배식 기간 : 2020년 08월 31일(월) ~ 2020년 12월 21일(월) ※ (배식제외 기간 : 9월 30일(수) ~ 10월 04일(일) (5일간))
3. 기숙사비 납부 가. 납부 기간: 2020. 07. 30 (목) ~ 2020. 08. 06 (목) 16시까지 ※ 기숙사비 미납 시 기숙사 신청이 취소되므로 반드시 기간 내에 납부 완료 할 것 나. 납부 방법 1) 학위과정생, 교류학생(복수학위생) - UWINS 홈페이지 (로그인 필요) - ‘대학생활’ - ‘학생생활관(본교)’ - ‘기숙사비납부고지서출력’ 메뉴 이동 - 고지서 출력 후 교내 경남은행 방문 납부 또는 가상계좌를 이용한 계좌 이체 2) 한국어교육센터 어학연수생 - 한국어교육센터 방문하여 고지서 수령 - 고지서 수령 후 교내 경남은행 방문 납부 또는 가상계좌를 이용한 계좌 이체
5. 결핵 검진 가. 검사항목: X-RAY 검사 (폐결핵) 나. 검진기관: 좋은삼정병원, 강문수내과, 남구보건소 다. 제출 대 상 자 : 2 0 2 0 년 2 학기 신규 입사자 (2 0 2 0 -1 학기 제 출 자 는 제 외) 라. 제출 기한: 2020. 08. 16(일)까지 마. 제출 방법 1) 학위과정생, 교류학생(복수학위생) - UWINS 홈페이지 (로그인 필요) - ‘대학생활’ - ‘학생생활관(본교)’ - ‘건강검진파일등록’ 메뉴 이동 - 검진파일 업로드 (pdf, jpg 파일 가능)

【International Students】 On-campus Housing Application for Fall 2020 1. Housing Application Schedule
- Those with more than 5 penalty points are not eligible to apply. (Voluntary labour works should be done before the application period) - Students must move rooms every semester/break and be placed to their new room and paired with their roommates randomly.
★ Precaution : Unable to enter the dormitory if the results of the TB is not uploaded and if the dormitory expenses are not paid. 2. Available Halls and Meals 1) Fee (KRW)
2) Meal Period: 31(Mon)-Aug-20 ~ 21(Mon)-Dec-20 ※ Meal exclusion period : 30(Wed)-September-20 ~ 4(Sun)-October-20
3. Housing Fee Payment 1) Payment Period: 30-July-20 ~ 06-August-20 until 16 pm * Make sure you pay for the housing fee during the designated period, otherwise your housing application will be canceled. 2) Payment Process - Degree Course students, Study Abroad students and Dual-degree students a) Visit UWINS homepage. (http://uwins.ulsan.ac.kr) (Sign in required) b) Move to ‘대학생활’ - ‘학생생활관(본교)’ - ‘기숙사비납부고지서출력’ menu. c) Print the Housing Bill and pay for the fee at the on-campus Kyongnam bank or transfer the exact amount to the virtual account on the bill. - Korean Language Course students a) Visit the International Office and receive the Housing Bill. (Ms. Minji Kim) b) Take the Housing Bill and pay for the fee at the on-campus Kyongnam bank or transfer the exact amount to the virtual account on the bill. * Do NOT transfer the fee to the International Office bank account.

TB Examination Result 1) Examination: X-RAY examination 2) Hospital: 좋은삼정병원(Good Samjeong Hospital), 강문수내과(Dr. Kang’s Clinic), 남구보건소(Ulsan Nam-gu Public Health Centre) 3) Who : New entrants for the Fall 2020 Dormitory(except those who submitted before Spring & Summer 2020) 4) When(Deadline) : until 16 -August - 20 5) How to Submit - Degree Course students, Study Abroad students and Dual-degree students a) Visit UWINS homepage. (http://uwins.ulsan.ac.kr) (Sign in required) b) Move to ‘대학생활’ - ‘학생생활관(본교)’ - ‘건강검진파일등록’ menu. c) Upload the TB Examination result. (PDF and JPEG files available)
